Business Development Manager (Online Bidder)



We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate leads, acquire new clients, and grow business through online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate should have excellent proposal writing skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT/Software/Services projects.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals to convert leads. Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and present solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from bidding to closing projects. Maintain relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business. Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate project estimates. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition. Track bids, conversions, and overall pipeline performance. Maintain professionalism and timely follow-ups with all prospects.

Skills Required



Strong communication and proposal writing skills. Good understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, design, and software projects. Experience in bidding on Upwork and similar platforms.
