As a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Design, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by generating leads, managing a team, handling client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients within the target market for digital marketing, web development, and design services.
Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities to prospective clients.
Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set targets.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Client Handling:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and discussions to effectively communicate project progress and results.
Lead Conversion:
Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and aligning them with our services and solutions.
Develop customized proposals and quotes based on client needs, demonstrating a clear understanding of their objectives.
Negotiate contracts and terms, addressing client concerns and objections, with the aim of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets, expand client reach, and increase market share.
