Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives. This position requires strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of project management and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Project Management:

Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and project scoping. Facilitate project kick-off meetings with internal and client teams. Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery. Manage communication protocols, project timelines, and deliverables. Maintain consistent client communication through calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.

2. Business Development & Market Analysis:

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through market and competitive analysis. Generate leads via bidding portals such as

Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH)

, etc. Prepare and present project proposals, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), work breakdown structures (WBS), and minutes of meetings (MoMs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance services and client satisfaction.

3. Team Management & Coordination:

Plan, allocate, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team tasks. Foster team collaboration and proactively resolve operational challenges. Design intern training programs, assign mentors, and conduct performance feedback sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Proven experience working with

bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
