Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with 2.5-4 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

bidding, proposals, lead generation, client communication, and relationship management

, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities



Lead generation via

bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)

Prepare & submit

proposals, quotations, RFPs

Manage

end-to-end sales cycle

(from lead to closure) Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements



2.5-4 yrs experience in

IT sales / bidding

Strong in

lead generation

Excellent communication & negotiation skills Knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing) preferred
