Role Overview:


We at iTechnolabs are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in direct sales of mobile and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales efforts. Pitch and sell mobile and web-based application solutions to clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business requirements. Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, delivery) for seamless project execution. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in IT/software solutions. Strong understanding of mobile and web application solutions. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business growth.

Nice to Have:



Exposure to international markets. Familiarity with SaaS or custom software development sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
