Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client communication, and business activities.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and exhibitions.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a BDM or in a similar business development/sales role.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate business solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Prior experience in [Industry e.g., IT services, digital marketing, software solutions] will be an advantage.
