Key Responsibilities
Client & Partnership Acquisition:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, clients, influencers, and collaborators in the blockchain space
(DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, exchanges, etc.)
Manage the full sales lifecycle--from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiations, closing, and ongoing account management
Establish strong relationships with VCs, accelerators,
Web3 communities, crypto
marketing agencies, and other strategic entities
Strategy & Market Expansion:
Design and execute scalable business development strategies tailored to each market segment (B2B, B2C, DAOs, etc.)
Research and map industry verticals and new blockchain use cases to uncover revenue-driving opportunities
Lead go-to-market planning and collaborate with founders, marketers, and developers to bring Web3 solutions to life
Product Pitching & Custom Solutions:
Understand the needs of various clients and match them with our suite of offerings:
Token
development (utility, governance, reward)
Smart contracts and audit-ready blockchain architecture
NFT
marketplace setup and tokenization services
Custom dApps, DeFi protocols, wallets, and Layer 1/2 integrations
Collaborate with internal tech teams to design and propose tailored blockchain solutions that resonate with client objectives
Industry Representation:
Attend and speak at
global crypto conferences
, summits, hackathons, and meetups (in-person and virtual)
Represent the brand in online forums, X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and Web3 media channels
Establish a strong personal and professional network that builds both visibility and trust
CRM, Pipeline, and Reporting:
Maintain detailed sales records, prospect interactions, and ongoing conversations in CRM software
(HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting KPIs, lead-to-deal ratios, and revenue forecasts
Suggest improvements to internal
BD processes and sales workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3 years
of business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales experience
At least 1 year of proven involvement in blockchain,
Web3, crypto, NFT, or DeFi-related projects (startup, DAO, agency, or enterprise)
(Metamask, cold wallets, etc.)
Tokenomics, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, zk-rollups, and staking models
Market trends across sectors like DeFi, SocialFi, Real World Asset tokenization (RWAs), and cross-chain ecosystems
Skills:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-handling abilities
Ability to structure complex deals and manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent pitch-building, storytelling, and demo-presentation skills
Data-driven with strong reporting and analysis skills
Proficiency in CRM tools,
MS Office, Google Workspace
, and blockchain research tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Etherscan, etc.)
Mindset:
Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented with a passion for innovation
Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first team
Team player with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional departments
Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
Prior experience launching or scaling a Web3 product
Familiarity with crypto fundraising, token launch strategies (IDO/ICO/IEO)
Existing network within the blockchain investor and influencer ecosystem
Technical understanding of APIs, blockchain infrastructure, and integrations
Experience working in agile or DAO-like organizational structures
