We are looking for a

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with experience in selling

Website & Mobile App Development services

to international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with global clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads on platforms such as

Upwork

and other international marketplaces. Communicate with clients globally to understand their requirements. Write

winning proposals

and handle negotiations effectively. Collaborate with technical teams for requirement analysis and delivery planning.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

IT sales

, specifically in

Web & Mobile App Development

. Strong

communication

and

negotiation skills

. Basic understanding of technologies such as

MEAN, MERN, PHP, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin

.

3+ years

of relevant experience in IT business development or sales.
