Drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities
Generate leads through various channels: email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Design, HR) to build tailored solutions for client needs
Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, pitches, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts
Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM tools and provide regular reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
3-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of lead generation, deal pipelines, and sales closures
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and business productivity software
Experience in IT services, product sales, or tech-based solutions is a strong plus
