We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Manager (BDM)

for our Amritsar branch. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-driven, and have a passion for sales and client engagement, preferably with experience in wellness, skincare, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients Promote and sell the company's wellness and skincare services Conduct consultations and explain service benefits to clients Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development Background in wellness, skincare, or service industry is a plus Confident personality with a positive attitude Basic computer and CRM knowledge
