Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of rubber components, gaskets, and sealing solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience dealing with OEM clients, preferably within the rubber or industrial components sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and industrial customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding technical requirements and providing solutions.
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, lead generation, and market development.
Conduct client visits, technical discussions, and negotiations.
Coordinate with production, QC, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
5-10 years of proven experience in sales / business development of rubber components, gaskets, or industrial engineering products.
Strong network and understanding of OEM purchasing processes.
Technical knowledge of rubber materials (NBR, EPDM, CR, FKM, etc.) and sealing applications is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Someone who speaks Hindi gets advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
?33,000 - ?45,000 per month (depending on experience).
Performance-based incentives/commissions on sales growth and new OEM accounts.
