About the Role:
We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Business Development / Sales Executive
with prior exposure in the
steel industry
, who can manage and grow sales across
entire Madhya Pradesh
. The role is fully
remote
, but requires strong
territory management, client acquisition, and relationship building skills
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients across Madhya Pradesh in the steel industry.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.
Report sales metrics and suggest improvements to management.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in
steel or related industries
.
Experience handling
enthe tire Madhya Pradesh territory
is a must.
Strong
business development & client relationship management
skills.
Excellent
communication and negotiation
abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working
remotely
with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of
MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
.
