Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and operations-driven

Franchise Support Manager/ Business Development Manager

to oversee franchise centres across Bhubaneswar and Kolkata. The role includes operational supervision, performance monitoring, seminars, and college outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise centers in Bhubaneswar and Kolkata. Monitor franchise performance, targets, and operational compliance. Provide daily operational, academic, and administrative support to franchise partners. Conduct regular center visits and audits to ensure adherence to ICA standards. Provide training and support to franchise staff on systems and processes. Assist with marketing, promotions, and student acquisition strategies.

Arrange seminars, workshops, and institutional events.

Execute college connect activities to build awareness and generate leads.

Maintain strong franchise relationships and ensure timely reporting.

Travel Requirement

Mandatory travel every month:

14 days in Kolkata

14 days in Bhubaneswar

Must be comfortable with frequent intercity travel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred). 2-5 years of experience in franchise operations, centre support, or education industry roles. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in seminars, student engagement, and college outreach preferred. Ability to manage multi-location responsibilities.
