Role Overview



We're looking for a dynamic and driven

Business Development Executive

to join our growth team.You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and positioning Creuto as a trusted technology partner. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs and project ideas. Generate and nurture leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels. Leverage your understanding of

custom software development

to engage prospects effectively. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to target clients seeking

custom software, ERP, CRM, and mobile/web application development

services. Present Creuto's capabilities and offerings, addressing client pain points with customized solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges. Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term business agreements. Collaborate closely with the technical and design teams to ensure client expectations align with deliverables. Provide market insights and feedback to refine Creuto's service offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,IT, or a related field. Prior internship or experience in

sales, business development, or digital marketing

is a plus.
