Key responsibilities

Franchise recruitment:

Identify and evaluate potential franchisees through marketing campaigns and networking.

Sales and negotiation:

Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract execution, including negotiating franchise agreements.

Business development:

Develop and implement strategies for market entry and business expansion, including market analysis.

Training and support:

Provide comprehensive training on operations, brand standards, and management to new and existing franchisees.

Performance management:

Monitor franchisee performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and help resolve operational issues.

Financial oversight:

Assist with budget tracking and financial planning to ensure the profitability of the franchise network.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,649.52 - ₹43,677.18 per month

Bhubaneswar, Orissa (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
