Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
Generate leads, build a client pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with the internal teams (production, QA, QC, supply chain, regulatory) to fulfill client requirements.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and business development activities.
Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards, documentation, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
6-10 years of experience in pharma business development, sales, or marketing.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to travel as required.
