Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

packaging machine sales

. The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling the

North region

and a successful track record in industrial machinery sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow business for packaging machinery in the

North region

Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients Conduct meetings, product demos, and technical discussions with customers Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners Coordinate with technical, service, and installation teams Achieve monthly/annual sales targets Monitor competitor activity and industry trends Prepare regular sales reports and projections

Travel requirement: 10-15 days per month

across the North region

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

8-12 years

of experience in

packaging machine sales

(mandatory) Strong understanding of industrial packaging machinery Experience handling the

North zone

(Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to work independently and meet targets

Education:

Graduate in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (preferred)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
