Job Responsibilities of Business Development Manager (1-2 years experience) Urgently looking for a Business Development person to join our team in Noida. As a Sales Person, your primary responsibility will be to research, identify and generate lead and revenue through the sale of digital media advertising and marketing solutions. Your persuasive skills, ability to negotiate, and excellent communication will be instrumental in your success in this role. Skills And Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Digital Platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram etc. \xc2\xb7 Identify and approach potential clients to sell media advertising and marketing solutions. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities \xc2\xb7 Prepare & Present sales proposals \xc2\xb7 Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure retention \xc2\xb7 1-2 years of experience in digital solutions and media sales or a related field \xc2\xb7 Knowledge and understanding of Digital media industry \xc2\xb7 Presentable appearance, excellent manners, and articulate communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to convince and negotiate effectively. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the digital media industry and advertising trends. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
