Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented

Business Development Manager

to lead our software sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology-driven business development and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs. Prepare and present business proposals, software demos, and quotations. Manage and mentor the Business Development Executives team. Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution delivery alignment. Participate in business meetings, conferences, and industry events. Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts.

Required Skills



0-2years experience in

software sales / IT services business development

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of

ERP, CRM, Web/Mobile App

solutions. Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively. Leadership and team management capabilities.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
