Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
Prepare and present business proposals, software demos, and quotations.
Manage and mentor the Business Development Executives team.
Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution delivery alignment.
Participate in business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
Required Skills
