JOB SUMMARY:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationship with potential clients, and driving growth for the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Market Research and Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify new market segments, business opportunities and threats

- Analyse industry and market data to understand competitive activities and customer needs.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Stedaxis's services globally.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

- Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.

2. Strategic Planning

- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company's goals and drive revenue growth.

- Set sales targets and growth objectives.

- Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

- Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve web visibility, search rankings and organic traffic.

- Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user behaviour and key metrics and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

3. Sales and Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

4. Product and Service development

- Providing feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

- Assisting in the development and launch of new products and services.

5. Reporting and Analysis

- Tracking and analysing key performance metrics related to business development activities.

- Preparing and presenting regular reports on Business development performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales and product development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in product development, sales and marketing and analytics tools.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of technology, electronics, AI and Machine Learning is highly desirable.
