Job Title: Business Development Manager We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our design company. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement growth strategies, and build and maintain client relationships for Branding and Digital Services offered by the agency. Responsibilities: New Business Development Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company\xe2\x80\x99s practice leaders. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Client Retention Present new services and enhance existing relationships. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales/ marketing, or a related field 2-3 yrs of Business Development Experience working with clients from different industries.
