We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through calls, meetings, emails, and social media. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions across

PR, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing

services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and networking. Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual and in-person) to showcase our services. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent support and service excellence. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through regular client engagement. Clearly communicate the benefits of PR, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing services. Create customized proposals and impactful presentations aligned to client needs. Address client queries and objections confidently to close deals. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize business development initiatives with campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress in CRM tools. Prepare regular performance reports and track lead conversion and revenue metrics. Analyze data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes. Work closely with internal teams across PR, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing departments for smooth service delivery. Relay client feedback to teams for continuous service enhancement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition -- preferably within PR, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
