Develop and implement business growth strategies

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team

Set sales targets and ensure team performance against KPIs

Manage high-value accounts and key client negotiations

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue metrics

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications



3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales

Strong experience in handling targets and revenue goals

Proven team handling and leadership experience

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work in a pressure, target-oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,312.20 - ₹58,960.19 per month
