JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager (BDM - Admission)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager - Admissions is responsible for driving student enrolments, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the institution's market presence. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth admissions process to achieve enrollment targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive student admissions by managing the full enrollment funnel and conducting effective counseling for students and parents.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets through strategic admission initiatives.
Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and executing outreach events.
Support marketing efforts by contributing to campaigns, representing the institution at events, and enhancing brand visibility.
Maintain accurate data, track performance metrics, analyze conversions, and ensure adherence to admission policies and processes.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
2-5 Years of experience in Admission - Business Development or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and client acquisition goals.
Experience in Education industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent English Communication Skill Required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
