We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and expand our client partnerships. The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strong client relationships, and representing Remark HR's recruitment and staffing solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, corporate meetings, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Lead business presentations, client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and client records.
Guide, support, and mentor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/MBA preferred.
3-7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional business relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (if any).
