Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business Associates/ Business Partners & opportunities, building and maintaining key customer relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies for company growth. Additional responsibilities include negotiating and closing business deals, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong market research and analytical skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
