Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities in CRM and regularly report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
