Job Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.)

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations

Follow up with potential clients and close deals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation ability

Ability to work independently and within a team

Basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
