Key Responsibilities:



? Build strong relationships with potential clients & schedule meetings

? Plan & oversee new marketing initiatives

? Research & generate new leads & business opportunities

? Expand new markets & boost sales

? Attend conferences, meetings, & industry events

? Develop quotes, proposals & business strategies

? Set & achieve business growth targets

? Train & mentor team members when needed

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector is a plus.

Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and project lifecycle.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel as needed.
