We are seeking an experienced and sales driven Business Development Manager to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for our Digital Marketing company in the US/EMEA/ APAC market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on digital marketing, web design, digital experience, and AEM services. The BDM will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to meet and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US/EMEA/APAC market Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach preferably Linkedin. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client projects Track and report on sales activities, metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools ( Pipedrive or Salesforce) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing, web design, digital experience, and AEM technologies Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or digital services industry Extensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing, web design, digital experience, and AEM technologies Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary, commission, and benefits.
