Develop the sales communication and Pitch
Carry out a detailed competitor analysis in terms of the gifting hampers currently being done by the hospital / clinic. Identify Door openers and Decision make in the organization.
Responsible for growing and developing the gifting B2B channel
Responsible for end-to end sales and sales operations related to the client including collections
Explore innovative sales tie-ups and new channel opportunities
2. Collaborations & Tie-ups
Partner with influencers and creators to drive awareness and build a partnership
Drive brand collaborations and partnerships with non-competing brands but reaching the same target market with the key objective to improve sales
Identify and execute strategic tie-ups with wellness brands, retail partners, and distribution channels (online and even offline)
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and product trials by participating in Events exhibitions and trade shows
3. Key Account Management & Building Client Relationship
Track, analyze, and report sales across channels and partners.
Understand client and end-customer requirements closely through constant interactions and feedback loop.
Provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and to efficiently drive sales growth.
Oversee sales operations and take complete end-to-end accountability for every client and key account
4. Innovation & Efficiency
Stay updated on business development best practices, AI-driven tools, databases and platform trends.
Proactively adopt and leverage efficiency-improving AI tools to gain competitive advantage.
Qualification & Skills :
Prior experience launching/marketing
FMCG, wellness, fitness, organic/natural, or babycare products
