. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing clients, and driving sales growth in rooftop and utility-scale solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector
Generate leads for rooftop, commercial, industrial, and EPC solar projects
Meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, and understand requirements
Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers
Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners
Track market trends, competitors, and government solar policies/subsidies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain MIS, sales reports, and CRM updates
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
solar rooftop / EPC / renewable energy projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle B2B and B2C clients
Knowledge of tenders, government schemes, and net metering is a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
Experience in
solar or renewable energy industry
is mandatory/preferred
