A graduate with 5 years' experience in education marketing preferably from Paramedical training.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English, with a pleasing personality.
Plan and execute promotional activities to generate inquiries from target students for courses offered.
Making cold calls to reach out to student hot-spots and convert them into admissions for courses offered.
Build relationship with NGO's, local Influencers, Community Leaders, Schools, Collages, Coaching Centers and others for generating student leads and branding opportunities.
Arrange seminars and group sessions in targeted areas in association with community groups, Influencers, NGO, Schools and Collages among others.
Target driven with a passion to achieve set student enrollment numbers on monthly basis.
Respond to student or parent's queries over phone or in person and following up consistently for closure of admission.
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, and education events. Work closely with the digital marketing team for optimum usage of online media to generate leads.
Maintaining sales records and adhering to the reporting system in place.
Work closely with the counselor and other team members to plan future batches and lead generation.
