:Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Manager- Interior Designing - Mumbai

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance Panache's brand presence. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives, generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the firm's overall expansion strategy.

Job Responsibility

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning Manage social media, PR campaigns, content creation, and collaborations with luxury/design-focused media Oversee marketing communications including newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, and airport projects Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and industry stakeholders Lead pitch presentations, proposals, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects Collaborate with the design team to align business development strategies with project capabilities Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion metricsKey Skills:Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Lead generation and conversion expertise Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and PR strategies Strategic thinking and client relationship management Strong organizational and project management abilities Passion for design, luxury, and high-end interiors Relationship-driven and client-focused. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:
For Service Industry - 6 to 9 years (Commercial projects - Interior Designing)
For Product Industry - 4 to 5 years (Commercial projects - furniture)

Job Location: Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?120,000.00 per month
