Business Development Manager (Revenue-Linked Role)
to lead high-value collaborations, institutional partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
This position is
not a conventional marketing role
and does not involve campaign execution or digital advertising management. The mandate is to
build relationships, open strategic doors, and convert opportunities into measurable revenue
through direct engagement with decision-makers.
The role requires maturity, presence, and the ability to represent the brand credibly in senior-level conversations.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with
medical professionals, clinics, gyms, and wellness institutions
through direct, in-person meetings
Initiating collaboration discussions with
influencers, creators, actors, and public figures
aligned with the brand
Securing
podcasts, interviews, panels, and media opportunities
for the founder
Supporting and coordinating
founder-led workshops and events
, including lead conversion and partnership follow-through
Collaborating with the digital marketing team to monitor
ROI, cost efficiency, and conversion outcomes
related to partnerships (without ad execution responsibilities)
The role requires consistent outreach, structured follow-ups, and accountability for outcomes.

Required:
Proven experience in
business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales-driven roles
Comfort with
cold outreach
and relationship initiation (offline and online)
Working knowledge of
revenue models, commission structures, and ROI tracking
Ability to manage follow-ups and reporting using
Google Sheets or basic CRM tools
Not Required:
Digital marketing execution expertise
Advanced design or advertising skills
MBA-only or purely academic profiles
Compensation Structure
This is a
fixed plus performance-linked variable
role.
Fixed Compensation:
?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
Commission Based:
Upto ?50,000 to ?1 Lakh per month
Variable Compensation (Uncapped):
10-15% commission on revenue generated from doctor, clinic, gym, and wellness partnerships
5-10% commission on first-time conversions from influencer or collaboration-led initiatives
Additional performance bonuses tied to successful workshops and events
Comfort with commission-based earnings is mandatory.
