Business Development Manager (BDM)

software development, mobile app development, and AI software solutions
. This role is ideal for a

with a strong client acquisition background in the
IT services industry
, deep knowledge of the
Mumbai business ecosystem
, and a
proven record of achieving revenue targets
.
This is a
full-time, on-site position at our Andheri Sakinaka office
, and
immediate joiners are highly preferred
.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for:
Software Development Services
Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Cross-Platform)
AI & Automation Software Solutions
Web & Digital Technology Solutions
Identify, target, and acquire
Mumbai-based companies and enterprises
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
from lead generation to deal closure
Develop and maintain a
strong database of Mumbai corporates, startups, SMEs, and enterprises
Achieve and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions
Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
Stay updated with
market trends in IT, AI, and digital transformation
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3+ years of experience
as a
Business Development Manager / IT Sales Manager
Must have experience selling:
Software Development Services
Mobile App Development Solutions
AI / ML / Automation Software Solutions
Proven
target achievement record
in previous roles
Strong understanding of
IT services sales lifecycle
Excellent
lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
Must have a
strong existing database of Mumbai-based companies
In-depth knowledge of
Mumbai business market, industries, and client segments
Experience working in
software companies, IT services firms, or digital agencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience in
B2B IT sales
Knowledge of
enterprise software sales
Exposure to
international clients
is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Experience in
consultative or solution-based selling
Job Location
Andheri Sakinaka, Mumbai (On-Site Only)
Candidates residing in or near Andheri, Sakinaka, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Jogeshwari, Powai, or nearby Mumbai locations will be preferred.
