Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure and allied sectors
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients
Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and site visits
Bidding & Proposals
Handle tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial proposal preparation
Support contract negotiations and finalisation
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies
Track sales performance and report progress to senior management
Maintain CRM and sales documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Business Development / Sales
Prior experience in
Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Power, Solar, or Smart City projects
preferred
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Preferred
MBA (Marketing / Finance / Sales / Strategy) - Preferred
