Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Business Development Manager

to drive revenue growth and expand our business across PAN India. The ideal candidate must have strong domain knowledge of

rubber moulding, rubber components, automotive rubber parts,

and proven experience in handling

online portals, tenders, costing, and large industrial clients.



Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across PAN India markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 automotive companies, and industrial clients.

Handle

online portals

, vendor registration processes, tender submissions, e procurement platforms, and compliance requirements.

Conduct

costing and quotation preparation

for rubber moulding items, automotive rubber parts, and custom components.

Collaborate with the technical and production teams to understand customer requirements and provide accurate commercial and technical proposals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to drive strategic business decisions.

Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and closure of sales deals.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's long-term growth plans.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads, submissions, and ongoing customer projects.

Regular travel across India for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science / Business Management (preferred).

10-15 years of experience

in Business Development / Sales in the

rubber moulding or rubber component industry.



Strong knowledge of automotive rubber parts, moulded components, and relevant manufacturing processes.

Hands-on experience in working with

online portals, tenders, e-procurement

, and customer approval processes.

Proficiency in costing, pricing strategies, and preparation of commercial quotes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel extensively across India.

Strong analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics.
