Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and strategic

Business Development Manager

to drive growth at Snoozz. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp relationship-driven and passionate about growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, pitch and close new business opportunities aligned with Snoozz's services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Research markets, industries and potential clients to generate qualified leads. Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. Represent Snoozz at industry events, meetings and networking forums. Track sales pipeline, prepare reports and forecast revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements



3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of branding, marketing or creative services (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
