The incumbent is expected to be part of regional sales team for increasing the Client Base and
Revenue for Beyond Red Ocean Consulting.
Will be accountable for the revenues for the businesses
oTake complete responsibility from Lead Generation to Closure through consistent
engagement with potential clients
Work Closely with the Marketing organisation for generation and management of new leads
New Database generation and management using the CRM platform
Organise Seminars/Webinars for prospective clients - ensure at least 25 Entrepreneurs from
the target audience in the room.
Attending and Representing Beyond Red Ocean Consulting in Networking and Business
Forum.
Identifying Industry Associations for memberships and attend meetings on behalf of Beyond
Red Ocean Consulting
Requirements
? Graduate/Engineer or equivalent qualification in a related field.
? 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales / ERP / SaaS / Business Solutions (preferred).
? Strong business acumen with the ability to engage CXOs and decision-makers.
? Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
? Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving orientation.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
