Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, coldcalling, and networking activities.
? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with keyclients and partners.
? Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve andexceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
? Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentationsbased on client requirements and strategic needs.
? Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, strategy, anddelivery teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with internal capabilities andexecution.
? Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Keep up with industry trends andcompetitor offerings to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
? Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems and generateregular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
Work Experience Required:
? Minimum 2 years in sales within a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
? Proven track record in sales in a digital advertising agency is a must.
? Any connections in the healthcare sector (hospitals, diagnostic chains, pharmacompanies, etc.) would be a strategic advantage.
Mandatory Key Skills:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities.
? In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals.
? Working understanding of SEO, SMO, and Paid Advertising platforms.
