Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 3+ years in Growth / Digital / Performance / SaaS Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute data-driven marketing strategiesto generate institutional leads
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns(Meta, LinkedIn, Google, offline)
Create and optimize marketing automation systems(CRM, WhatsApp, email, funnels)
Establish brand positioningand go-to-market strategy for Unite ERP
Analyze campaign performance and drive scalable, measurable results*

Lead and mentor interns or junior marketing team members

Required Skillsets

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and lead generation funnels

Proven experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Interakt, etc.)

Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn)

Strong analytical skills and ability to track ROI & KPIs

Experience in branding, storytelling, and content positioning

Exposure to EdTech, ERP, or institutional marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
