Key Responsibilities

Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with leadership.
Use data insights to optimize sales strategies and track sales KPIs.
Supervise, guide, and motivate Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
Identify opportunities to increase retail software sales.
Evaluate regional sales and individual performance; prepare reports.
Review quarterly targets vs. performance based on area potential.
Address potential issues and provide effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support decisions related to expansion or acquisition.
Suggest new services, products, and innovative sales techniques.
Handle duties of Sales Manager during absence or emergencies.
Work with CRM software and sales analytics.
Manage and support the sales team effectively.
