Minimum work experience: 4+ years in B2B Business Development or B2B Lead Generation (Software/Technology domain preferred)

Skills Required: Leadership and Team Management, B2B Lead Generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Communication, MS-Office

: The Business Development Team would be responsible for building a qualified Lead funnel for the company and for closure.

Direct Lead Generation

a.Making a list of potential Enterprise clients to who we can reach out.

b. Talking to our advisors, existing clients to see if they have the connection with someone in these potential clients.

c. Reaching out to the right decision-makers directly via platforms such as LinkedIn, etc., and using tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz, etc.

d. Setting up the meeting with them so that the Sales Team can take it on from there.

Eligibility The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation/Pre-Sales. Experience in a B2B Software Product would be preferred. B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or equivalent degree would be preferred. Fluent in Verbal and Written English.

Additional Qualifications



Professional attitude and style.
Capable of prospecting via all means, (telephone, email, face-to-face, and trade show selling)
Understand and use B2B sales cycles/principles to close deals.
Close over 5 deals per month after nine months in the territory.
Manage and service repeat customers.
Ability to self-motivate to achieve greater numbers each and every month.
Seek out and qualify every potential customer in your territory and set them up in a database based on probable sales production.
Ability to effectively communicate via email, blog, social media outlets, and in person. Thorough knowledge and command of any CRM database of your choice, Microsoft office products, including spreadsheets.
Effectively manage a territory set by you including contacting and visiting your A-B-C customers based on production and sales.
Ability to stand in front of 20-30 potential customers and tell them about your products and services.
Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings with customers or at meetups.

COMPENSATION?

Fixed Salary +

Commission - up to 2% of the total sale.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
