Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new
leads through various channels
including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Drive
end-to-end B2B sales
process from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and implement
strategic sales plans
to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand business opportunities.
Conduct
market research
to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for business growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Manage and update CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and improve lead quality.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven 3-6 years of experience in
business development, lead generation, and B2B sales
(preferably in [industry/domain]).
Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and consultative selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
