Job Description

Role Overview:



We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our digital products (Diagnosis tools, Repair Management System, SaaS Auction Platform etc.) and technology services (Digital Transformation Solutions, Web/Mobile software development, IoT solutions, AI/ML integrations). This role involves go-to-market execution, partner acquisition, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:


Product Sales & Partnerships



Identify and onboard partners (OEMs and/or their Authorised Retail or Service Partners, Refurbishers, mom & pop retail/repair shops, Buyback operators). Sell SaaS products: Device Diagnosis Tools, Repair Management System, Auction Platform. Demonstrate product value to stakeholders, run pilots, close contracts.

Digital Transformation Services



Generate leads for web-based applications, IoT integrations, mobile app development, and AI/ML solutions. Understand client pain points and propose end-to-end digital transformation solutions (offer product and services as a package). Collaborate with delivery/tech teams to scope, estimate, and close deals.

Market Development



Explore new industry verticals for digital adoption (electronics, electricals, home appliances, etc.) Build a strong network of OEMs, repair service providers, resellers, and tech decision-makers. Track competitor offerings and market trends to refine sales strategy.

Commercial Ownership



Achieve sales targets (product subscriptions, services contracts, transformation deals). Manage pipeline via CRM, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing. Support investor/client discussions with market intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience



Must Have



3-5 years of B2B technology sales (preferably SaaS, ERP/CRM, or IT services). Experience in enterprise sales and channel/partner development. Exposure to digital transformation projects (ERP, e-commerce, mobility, IoT, AI/ML). Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel, meet clients, and close business across regions. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have



Experience in refurbished devices / electronics ecosystem. Familiarity with ERP systems (BC, SAP, Zoho) and marketplace models. Tech-savvy: able to explain software and integration concepts at a high level.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)



Number of new partner sign-ups (APRs, repair shops, OEMs). Revenue closed from SaaS products (subscriptions, transactions). Digital transformation deals (web, mobile, IoT, AI/ML projects). Service pipeline growth (new industries, repeat clients). Customer retention and satisfaction scores.

Compensation Structure



Base Salary + Sales Incentives (tiered on SaaS & services revenue). Additional bonus for strategic wins (OEM partnerships, enterprise digital transformation projects).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
