About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to join our growing team in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective

business development strategies

to achieve sales targets. Identify, research, and pursue

new business opportunities

across assigned markets or sectors. Manage the entire

sales cycle

from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain

strong relationships with clients and partners

for long-term collaboration. Prepare and deliver

presentations, proposals, and business pitches

to potential clients. Conduct

market analysis

to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team for

brand promotion, events, and campaigns

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in

CRM / reporting tools

. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support. Provide feedback to management regarding

market dynamics and product improvements

Desired Candidate Profile



Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience

in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition. Proven track record of achieving

sales targets and revenue growth

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Strong

analytical and strategic thinking

ability. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms

. Experience in

B2B / B2C sales, IT, education, or service industry

preferred.
