Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and ensuring team motivation and productivity. Monitor sales performance metrics and regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and successfully close deals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
