Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented and dedicated Business Development Manager from the security or facility management industry who can drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in security and facility management.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory experience in private security or facility management industry.
Proven record in sales and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven.
Looking for a long-term association and career growth.
Job Time - 9.30am - 6.30pm or 10am -7pm
Working - Monday to Saturday
