Role- Business Development Manager(FMCG/Personal care/Lifestyle/Beauty)



Location - Central Mumbai



CTC - 6-12 LPA(Based on Experience)



We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to drive sales growth and brand expansion in the

Personal Care, Lifestyle, and Beauty

segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening distribution channels, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Excel Proficiency:

Utilize advanced Excel skills for sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure seamless business execution.

Market Expansion:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international FMCG markets within the Personal Care and Beauty segment.

Client Acquisition:

Build and sustain relationships with distributors, retailers, salons, and institutional buyers to drive product placement and market penetration.

Sales Strategy:

Formulate and implement result-driven sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Channel Development:

Strengthen distribution networks across modern trade, general trade, salons, and e-commerce platforms.

Product Promotion:

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan new product launches and execute promotional campaigns aligned with brand positioning.

Competitor Analysis:

Track consumer trends, emerging products, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and pipeline reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of FMCG, particularly in Personal Care, Beauty, and Lifestyle products Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently Strategic thinking with a customer-centric and growth-driven approach

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development, preferably in Personal Care or Beauty products Proven record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
